Catherine is a leading Montessori educator, trainer, and parenting expert in Asia, serving as the Asia Representative of the Center for Guided Montessori Studies (CGMS) and Program Director for the Chinese program. She is also an experienced Instructional Guide and Field Consultant, supporting educators in implementing authentic Montessori practices.
 

In 2003, Catherine founded a Montessori preschool in Changsha, China, establishing a strong foundation in early childhood education and Montessori learning environments. She is a highly sought-after speaker, delivering Montessori training and education workshops across China and Southeast Asia.
 

In 2019, she presented on the Singapore education model at a major education forum attended by over 300 teachers, with more than 280,000 online viewers nationwide—further solidifying her reputation in teacher training and educational leadership.
 

Catherine is also an accomplished author of “Stop Bullying! You Can Do It!” and a parenting advisor for a children’s book series focused on emotional security and development. She trained directly under Kathryn Kvols, founder of the International Network for Children and Families (INCAF), specialising in parenting coaching and child behaviour guidance.
