Kathy is a highly experienced Montessori educator and school leader with over 40 years in early childhood education and Montessori teaching. She taught at the infant, toddler, and primary levels for 20 years before founding Renaissance Montessori School, where she served as Head of School for 27 years.

Through her work with IMC and CGMS, Kathy supports Montessori schools and teacher training programs worldwide, helping educators and leaders strengthen school development, accreditation, and professional growth.

She is passionate about guiding schools through improvement planning, teacher professional development, and Montessori accreditation processes. Kathy is also a certified parenting instructor and stress management facilitator, supporting both educators and families in creating balanced, effective learning environments.
