In our fast-paced, hyper-connected world, it's easy to feel mentally cluttered. We juggle responsibilities, navigate uncertainty, and often carry silent burdens of worry, self-criticism, and doubt. These thought patterns - though common - can quietly drain our energy and cloud our potential.


That's why I'm thrilled to collaborate with the National Library Board, Singapore (NLB) to launch "How to Live Smarter", a new talk series. It is designed to help you cultivate clarity, resilience, and intentionality in your inner life - starting with your thoughts.
